Ingredients for 2 person

- Minced chicken:200g
- soy sauce:2 tablespoon soy sauce
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- sake: 1 tablespoon
- mirin (sweet sake): 1 tablespoon
- Ginger tube: 1/2 teaspoon
- Salad oil: 1/2 tablespoon

- eggs: 2 eggs
- mayonnaise: 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- mirin (sweet cooking sake): 1 tablespoon
- sugar: 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce: 1/2 Tbsp.
- Salad oil: 1/2 tablespoon (for B)
- rice (for B): as needed
Directions for preparation
- A smaller frying pan is easier to use.
- If you are worried, you can use 3 chopsticks to mix.
Make the chicken minced meat.

A Put 200g minced chicken meat, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon sake, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1/2 teaspoon ginger tube in a bowl and mix well.

Put salad oil in a frying pan, pour the mixture from step 1, and mix well.

It is OK if the mixture turns into a lump!

Make the fried eggs.
B. Put 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mirin, 1/2 tablespoon sugar, and 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
You can use chopsticks, but the mayonnaise and eggs will be mixed more thoroughly if you mix with a whisk.

Put salad oil in a frying pan, add the mixture from step 3, and mix it thoroughly.

When the mixture turns into a lump, it's OK!

Put chicken and egg on top of rice.
